Vinyasa yoga is the practice of consciously linking the movement of the body with the movement of the breath. In this class students are allowed the opportunity to be gentle with themselves while making space to observe what happens when we cultivate a practice that is sustainable, informed and enjoyable. Props are provided. This is a drop-in class, so no need to preregister. You can prepay here with credit card, Venmo (Joanne-Dennis-4) or cash at classs. Every Thursday, 9am-10am, in Montgomery Center, Vt. at the Montgomery Town Hall.
