Balance
Joanne Dennis | JAN 24, 2025

Happy 2025 Everyone. I always take the first few weeks of January to allow the holiday dust to settle and the new year to play out a bit before I contemplate what it is I may envision for in the months to come. This year I am committed to finding more balance in life both in the way I expend and restore my energy while at the same time not being attached to any specific outcome. Sounds simple, right? But in life it's not always so simple as we often lack much control over of how our day, our week & our year actually play out. And since I know I cannot always control what life will present me with, what I do know is that I can choose to make time for practices that do offer me the opportunity to mitigate, contemplate and generate the resilience I need to journey through the coming year with more ease and presence. I invite you to join me on this path and hope you find time to practice with me in the months to come.
Below you will find information on the offerings I have coming up. As always, up-to-date information can be found on my website under offerings & schedule www.JMountainYoga.com

Each class in this series will offer asanas, pranayama and meditation practices that will help attune your mind, body and breath into a more harmonious energetic state. Morning class will focus on renewed energy and be more uplifting while evening classes will focus more on restoring energy and downshifting our nervous system into a state of ease. Each session is $26 and space is very limited. You can sign up for one or all of these offerings here: https://www.jmountainyoga.com/offerings/sunday-reset-yogic-practices-to-renew-restore-prana
