As the holiday season descends upon us and a new year lurks on the horizon, I am honored to offer you all some opportunities to move, breathe, pause, rest and realign with yourself. December is a month where there is SO MUCH going on and so many more items get added to our to-do list. It can be hard to make time to truly care for yourself. But there is a saying that the practice of Yoga does not take time, it gives time. And when we show up for ourselves we can better show up for those we care about and for the things that we care about. What better gift is there than complete presence?
Below you will find some updates and additions to my offerings. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share this practice with all of you and hope you find some time to join me.
Please note that there will be no Thursday class on Thanksgiving. Thursday morning Gentle Vinyasa class will resume the following week, 9am-10am, at the Montgomery Town Hall. $10pp
Starting Tuesday December 3rd, 5:30-6:30pm Yoga at Jay Peak Resort will begin again! This offering will continue thru May in the Valhalla room on the 4th floor of Hotel Jay. Class is free to Jay Peak employees (please contact HR for more information before signing up) and open to the public for $15 per class. Pre-registration is required. (Note that there is no class on 12/24 and 12/31) More information and registration can be found: https://www.jmountainyoga.com/offerings/yoga-at-jay-peak-resort
Lastly, I want to thank everyone who joined me for my Community Pranayama classes. I am eager to continue to teach Pranayama and welcome feedback from those who are interested in studying and practicing with me. I am debating the offering of a zoom option for an early morning practice or a more structured in person series of offerings. If you are interested in either, or both, be intouch.
Have a wonderful holiday season and may you all be happy, healthy and find peace in the weeks to come
